A principled start

There are likely very few things a membership group as large and diverse as CATO could unanimous agree on. But I know for sure there are six things every company and individual member agrees to and supports vigorously: our six principles of inclusion, equity, equal access & representation, progress and collective strength. These principles define who, how and what we are.

These principles are in our DNA and imbued in everything we do.
